Soft and Complementary Skills
Academic Year 2023/2024
The teaching of transversal skills – defined by the European Union as key competences for learning – is essential for PhD candidates and complements the disciplinary training offered by doctoral programs.
The 2023–2024 program integrates many courses already offered in previous years with new ones in various areas, including research ethics and integrity. The reference areas are:
- literacy competence
- multilingual competence
- mathematical competence and competence in science, technology and engineering
- digital competence
- personal, social and learning-to-learn competence
- citizenship competence
- entrepreneurship competence
- cultural awareness and expression competence
