University Regulations on Doctoral Programs
Title IV - Art. 22 (Enrollment in years following the first):
1. Following the evaluation of the doctoral candidate’s activities, the Academic Board shall decide on admission to the following year of the program and the annual renewal of the scholarship.
2. With a reasoned decision, the Academic Board may propose to the Rector the exclusion of the candidate from continuing the PhD program. In case of exclusion, any scholarship awarded will cease starting from the beginning of the new year.
3. Admission to subsequent years and to the final examination is also subject to verification of the payment of the required fees and contributions.
For admission to the next year, candidates enrolled in the 1st and 2nd year must submit a report that follows the instructions and template below. Once the report has been submitted by the deadline, progression to the next year is subject to the approval of the Academic Board.
